This public design-build project is the Wastewater Engineering and Education Center for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati.
This three-story, 58,000 SF facility will eventually house nearly 200 MSD engineering employees and support staff. And it was designed to showcase “green design” concepts and technologies for the employees and the many anticipated visitors. It recently received LEED Gold certification for New Construction v2.2 from the US Green Building Council.
Format of this meeting is a panel discussion of the design and construction of this LEED Gold certified building.
